Description
So you’d like to commission me? That’s great! I’m able to produce a wide variety of genres and styles, including but not limited to: EDM, Lo-Fi HipHop, Ambient, Experimental & Game music. For these commissions, I’d like to know what it’s going to be used for, like a short film, or a game, and any media on that. That way I can create the best music for that specific scenario. You can also provide me with any reference music. Once the Commission starts, I’ll provide you with 3 demo tracks a few days after ordering, of which you can either pick one, or pick elements from the other tracks to combine into another or a new track. Once we have a starting point, I’ll update you on the progress to ask for feedback and changes.
Terms of Service
- By commissioning me you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms of Service.
- The customer understands they are paying for a digital file (e.g. MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG) of the commissioned track. The customer will not receive any raw project file after the commission is complete. The customer will not receive any physical item in the mail from this purchase either.
- Payment is upfront via PayPal, Kofi, iDeal or bank transfer. (Commission only starts once I’ve recieved the money)
- You will be asked a few questions if you want to commission me, such as: genre, theme, bpm(optional), the purpose of the song, etc. These will help me better understand what you’re looking for.
- I do not make remix, cover, or bootleg of already existing songs without the artist’s consent.
- You can request song stems or a looped version for no additional cost.
- Commissions are for personal usage, commercial comes with an extra fee.
- If the commission is private or you wish to not publish it, please let me know in advance.
- I keep the right to use this soundtrack for things like my portfolio.
- You have the right to ask for a full refund only if the commission has not been started yet.

Description
So you’d like to have a website built? Luckily, I love doing that! I’m, able to provide several website types from simple websites, to unique and stylized ones, but also more professional oriented websites. When designing a website, I’ll first ask certain questions to figure out what it is you exactly want for your website. With this information I’ll provide you with some simple ideas/demo pages. Once we’ve found a concrete style, I can get to work on building the full website. I’ll provide updates throughout the development of the website, where you can provide feedback and request changes. 🍪
Terms of Service
- By commissioning me you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms of Service.
- The customer understands they are paying for a digital webdesign service. This includes: Website design and development that’s responsive for wide device compatibility, Basic brand identity designing if not provided for the website.
- Website maintenance and updates are not provided by default, but can be agreed upon separately.
- Payment can be done upfront, or can be split between the start of the commission and end. Payment can be done via PayPal, Kofi, iDeal or bank transfer. (Commission only starts once I’ve recieved the money)
- Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final website design.
- You will be asked a few questions if you want to commission me, such as: the website’s goal, style, amongst other questions. These will help me better understand what you’re looking for.
- The client must provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, and must ensure that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
- The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining domain names, plugins, and hosting services unless agreed otherwise.
- I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- You have the right to ask for a full refund only if the commission has not been started yet.
- If cancellation occurs after significant progress has been made, additional fees may apply based on work completed.
- I reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment or breach of contract.
- Any confidential information shared during the project will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties.
